HOW TO REGISTER

Online Registration

Online registration is processed using the free SCJTL Family Tennis Member (FTM) site.
Payment is made by credit card through a secure site. Registration for future SCJTL program is easy.

Current SCJTL Member

Log-in to your SCJTL Member site with your username and password and register.

Not a SCJTL Member

    1. Click the button below to Join.
    2. Set up your "FREE" personal SCJTL Member  site.
    3. Register for the program and Pay Online
    4. Read program confirmation information.

Mail In Registration

We also accept registrations by check through the mail. To register by mail please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the SCJTL DOWNLOAD page by clicking the link below.
    2. Look for the PROGRAM name you want to register for.
    3. Print and complete the SCJTL registration form.
    4. Mail with payment to SCJTL.
    5. SCJTL Family Tennis Member site is set up for you and registration is processed.
    6. Confirmation of registration will be sent to you by Email.

Enroll Online - Mail Check Payment

Registrations without payment is considered an "Enrollment".
Player may be enrolled online and payment sent by Mail.

    1. Enroll Online.
    2. Mail check made to:
      SCJTL
      33 Sheppard Lane
      Smithtown, New York 11787.
    3. Payment will be applied and notice sent by Email when received.

      Please note: Enrollments over 5 days old will be cancelled and deleted.
      Position may be forfeited. Player would have to be registered again.
      Enrollments will not be considered if not paid by program start date.
